She is retired from showing and now looking to settle down into a forever home, where she can be the centre of attention and enjoy her mature years.

numerous CC’s and RCC’s .
We are incredibly proud of Myka and so grateful to his breeder.
He has sired two beautiful litters here at Snowshoes.

Welcome to Snowshoes Alaskan Malamutes and Japanese Spitz.
Please enjoy looking at our website and all our beautiful dogs.
We are always here to help with advice
and any questions you may have.
Our home and 5 star kennels are based in a rural village ,
in Somerset in the South West of England.
We are dedicated to breed happy, healthy and good natured dogs.
We are constantly striving to produce quality dogs by researching the breeds,
and importing excellent bloodlines from around the world.
We have imported Malamutes from
France, Italy, Malta and Ukraine over the years.
All my malamutes are hip scored, eye tested,
AMPN tested, CD tested and PCD tested.
All our dogs are well exercised and very much a part of our family life.
Recently we have invested in a rig and a scooter for fun races.
We show both the Alaskan Malamutes and Japanese Spitz
at Open and Championship Show level with great success .
Making up 6 Alaskan Malamute UK CHAMPIONS
and 5 Japanese Spitz UK CHAMPIONS.
If you are interested in owning one of these very special dogs,
please research the breeds first and make sure
it's the right dog for you.
As it's very sad when they end up needing to be
re-homed due to no fault of their own.
This is usually when the novelty has worn off or
lack of training has been put into the puppy.
We are always here to give advice and help if possible before
and after buying a puppy.
